5 Fun Fall Activities For Your Toddler

Fall is fantastic in the Midwest. Here in Illinois, we enjoy the beautiful fall colors and the crisp cool air. There is nothing better than getting some quality outdoor time with your children during these long autumn days, but sometimes you need an activity or two as well. Here is a shortlist of some easy and relatively low-mess activities that we love!

DIY Leaf Crown from blogger This Sweet Happy Life

Autumn Tree Q-Tip Painting from the WOO! Jr. Kids Activities blog

Easy Toilet Paper Roll Scarecrow from Red Ted Art

Paper Plate Hedgehog Craft from Simple Everyday Mom blog

Painting pumpkins instead of carving them will cut down on the mess while still enjoying the creative pumpkin decorating activity. If it's warm enough outside, you could try having your toddler wash your pumpkins for a fun and easy sensory activity.

Or, simply decorate your toddler's playroom with pumpkins, festive fall flowers, and some orange lights. Spending time with your toddler is the best way to welcome autumn!
